England’s Immigrants 1330 – 1550 Resident Aliens in the Late Middle Ages

Personnel

The project team is divided between two centres – the University of York and The National Archives.  The York team is currently focusing on printed primary sources, such as the Calendars of Patent and Close Rolls, while The National Archives team is focusing on the original documents of the alien subsidies.  Both teams are loading their collected data on the project database, which will be ready to view on-line at the end of the project in 2015.
