Notes: (For the original see C66/653, m. 23) Named as living on the 'island of Colam'. Often described in English sources as Colham, this is now Coulogne, just to the south-east of Calais. Like Calais itself, it was once an island. Presumably originally from the county of Horne, on the northern edge of the bishopric of Liege, with which it was later united.
