Biographical Notes: After this grant of denization Robessart received several grants of lands and annuities from the Crown, along with confirmations of lands he had acquired for himself. Robessart was a favourite of Henry V and in 1421 was made a Knight of the Garter. He died in battle in 1430 and is buried in Westminster Abbey.
